The spikes are much too close together. Same effect as the stuntperson who can lie on a "bed of nails". Many nails/spikes close together, serve to support or displace the pressure. If he were to use 50 to 75 per cent fewer spikes, then each spike would exert more pressure on her breasts and leave better marking on her flesh. Also, if he were to stand BEHIND her, and pull the spikes against her breasts rather than just pushing a bit, as he does, from the front, he would achieve better pressure upon her tender, lovely breasts.
